Flowazy ("we", "our", "us") operates a server-side WhatsApp Business automation platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information processed through our services.
Our platform processes the following data through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API:
— Phone numbers of users who initiate WhatsApp conversations
— Message content exchanged during automated conversations
— Payment confirmation data (transaction IDs, amounts) for conversion tracking
We use collected information solely to:
— Deliver automated WhatsApp responses and digital product fulfillment
— Process and verify payments
— Send conversion events to Meta's Conversions API for advertising attribution

We share limited data with Meta (Facebook) through the Conversions API for advertising attribution purposes. This includes hashed phone numbers and purchase event data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
